Apple Cinnamon Soya Shake.

Apple Cinnamon Soya Shake.


    This shake contains Antioxidants, Fibre and such compound which helps to avoid quick rise in Blood Sugar level and Low fat milk give you enough calcium.


  • Ingredients :- 
1.  Apple cubes (unpeeled) - 3 cups
2.  
Cinnamon (dalchini) powder - 1/2 tsp
3. Chilled 
soya milk (unflavoured) - 1 cup
4. chilled 
low-fat milk - 2 cups
5.
Sugar substitute (optional) - 1/2 tsp

Method :-
1. Combine all the ingredients in a  mixer and blend till smooth and frothy.
2.Pour equal quantities of the shake into individual glasses.
3. Serve fresh.
