Apple Cinnamon Soya Shake.
This
shake contains Antioxidants,
Fibre and such
compound which
helps to avoid quick rise in Blood Sugar level and Low fat milk give you enough
calcium.
- Ingredients :-
2. Cinnamon (dalchini) powder - 1/2 tsp
3. Chilled soya milk (unflavoured) - 1 cup
4. chilled low-fat milk - 2 cups
5. Sugar substitute (optional) - 1/2 tsp
•Method :-
2.Pour equal quantities of the shake into individual glasses.
3. Serve fresh.
