Health and Taste - Spicy Corn Rice .
1.Oil
– 1 Spoon
2.Ghee
– 1 Spoon
3.Cinnamon
/ Daal Chini – 1 piece
4.Clove
– 05 nos
5.Green
Chilly – 02 nos.
6.Cardomom – 03
7.Chopped
Onion – 01 bowl
8.Ginger
Garlic Paste – 02 Spoon
9.Chopped
Capsicum – 01 Small Bowl
10.Sweet
Corm – 01 cup
11.Basmati
Rice – 02 Cup
12.Salt
Method :-
1.Heat the pane up on gas stove and
pour ghee and oil .
2.Add Cinnamon/ Dalchini and Clove in it and let it shallow fry till one minute.
3.Now add chopped onion in it and let
it cooked
for 5
minutes on light flame .
4.Add garlic / ginger paste now and
let it cooked for 3 minutes of slow flame .
5.Add chopped green chilly now and
let it cooked for 2 minutes and then add Capsicum on it and let it be for 4 minutes until it mixed
and cooked well with all.
6.Now add Sweet Corn and steer it for
2 minutes and then add salt as per taste .
7.Now add Boiled Rice in whole
mixture and mix it well and let it cooked for 2-3 minutes .
8.Now your dish is ready to eat and
serve it hot .
