Apple and Date Shake!!!

Health Booster - Apple and Date Shake
This Date and Apple Shake is an energy rich glassful of drink . This shake  will delight you with rich in fiber and full of energy for a long time . Using low-fat milk gives you the necessary calcium, and you can avoid the scary fat. This is excellent combination of  taste and nutrition!


Ingredients :-
1.  Dates (khajur) ,      deseeded and finely chopped –    10 pieces
2. Roughly Chopped  apples(unpeeled) – 2 cups
3. Chilled Low-fat milk ,    99% fat-free  - 2 cups
4. A few drops of Vanilla    essence.

Method :-
1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth and frothy.
2. Pour equal quantities of the shake into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately.
